SP Fab's manufacturing facilities are in line with the company objective to satisfy the customer with the best quality and service. Our manufacturing facility includes state of the art fabrication & assembly plants.

The fabrication and the assembly plants are located at MIDC Industrial belt Mahape, Navi Mumbai covering about 2800 sq. m. The company has imported machines from M/s OMGA, Italy, which are the most advanced machines with computer-controlled functions to maintain precision and excellent quality on the products.

The structural glazing plant is located at the first floor which is air conditioned with floorings epoxy coated to make it a dust free environment. The company has imported machines for the plant from world leaders M/S PETER LISEC G.M.B.H, AUSTRIA. The advantage of the machine is that the whole operation is mechanized & hence the productivity is very high. Further the curing of the glazing is only 24 hours.

The objective underlying in the installation of the best machinery is to mechanize the operation wherein the quality in controlled by the machine rather than the operator.

The company has the best facilities, which are comparable to any plant abroad. It has a full-fledged laboratory to test coatings as per the stringent AAMA standards. (American Architectural Manufacturer Association).

The plant has a 10-step pre treatment tank process, overhead conveyor's material handling system & a 13.5 meters oven to cater to international standards of coatings.

With a State of the Art Colour Computer for matching solid or metallic colour. Hence, SPACL can cater to any colour in PVDF at lightening speed.

SP Fab's philosophy for installation has always emphasised Safety, Quality & Speed.

The company uses latest high tech laser tools for survey, level and alignment at different planes to ensure perfect installation of panels.

We have a wide range of installation equipments which include hoists, cradles etc under its disposal for faster & quality installation of the panels. All these mechanized machineries are regularly tested for safety at regular intervals as per manufacturers specifications.
